A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receiving a complete and legally valid notification that adheres strictly to the elements described above, our legal desk will evaluate the request. Actionable measures may include the technical blacklisting of specific network stream pointers from our user interfaces, removing specific data indices, or terminating access lines associated with non-compliant data streams.
Please note: Incomplete notices or communications failing to present accurate, verifiable authorization of rightsholder representation cannot be legally processed.
